Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of billing and invoicing services (“Services”) provided by RapidInvoicer (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

RapidInvoicer offers the following Services:

  • Invoice Creation: Generate professional invoices quickly and easily.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments and manage cash flow.
  • Client Management: Organize and manage your clients efficiently.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment for services is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Late Payment Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue invoices.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified on our platform.

5. Early Payment Discounts

Clients may be eligible for early payment discounts. For example, a 1% discount if payment is received within 10 days of the invoice date (1%/10 Net 30) .

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 15 days of the invoice date for resolution.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RapidInvoicer operates.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

RapidInvoicer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

11. Amendments

RapidInvoicer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
